My FBA sales are trending down as I'm having to deal with a legal issue.

In short... my brand of best-sellers is being threatened by the biggest brick & mortar brand on a trademark basis.

I'm not sure how much more I should say about the matter publically, but I'm confident that I'll be fine as my trademark been registered for over 2 years with no problems.

My most profitable SKUs list reflects significantly less sales than normal due to me being hesitant to re-stock my best selling units until the legal matter is resolved.

In addition to that, some of my products see spikes (and lulls) in demand based on seanality.

And here's my Campaign Manager statistics from Seller Central:

One great aspect of 2020 is that advertising has gotten cheaper on Amazon!

I won't be doing month-to-month write ups here because I don't spend much time maintaining these websites. They started out as passion projects that allowed me to become a better web developer, but today I spend very little time working on them.
