* sales data from JungleScout Sales AlayticsBOOM! My shipments arrived, and sales picked up right where they left off (except this time nothing sold out).
I also launched some additional new SKUs, basically the same product that I launched initially but different colors & packaged quantities (i.e. red, blue, yellow / 10 pack, 20 pack, etc.)
Advertising costs for the new SKUs held the gross margins back a bit, but overall everything was great and I had my first 4-figure profit month on Amazon FBA.

* sales data from PrettyMerch ProBOOM AGAIN! I did huge revenue & profits no Amazon Merch in October 2017, primarily resulting from a single trending design.
How I found the design: I keep my TV muted and occasionally glance up at it while I work. At one point, I noticed a t-shirt design and decided to make it & throw it up on a shirt.
How I capitalized on it: Someone dropped a very early 5-star review on the shirt early on, which secured the organic #1 spot on the primary keywords.
As a result, the shirt sold like mad & supported a $19.99 price point (Royalties were $7.19 on a $19.99 shirt, before the January 2018 change).
I was even able to sell 103 shirts in a single October day, netting me over $700 in royalties in a 24-hour span.
My mom was also accepted into Merch by Amazon, and I helped her get the account started by uploading some trending Halloween designs.
For whatever reason, one of them (that was a pixel-by-pixel duplicate from my account) caught fire and sold over 200 times, netting her over $500 in profit and making her new account eligible for the 500 upload tier.

* data from Google AdsI run a few popular websites where I collect advertising revenue via Google Ads (formerly Google AdSense). I also collect revenue via direct partnerships with advertisers & from affiliate links, but for times sake, I'm going to omit those deals.
I won't be doing month-to-month write ups here because I don't spend much time maintaining these websites. They started out as passion projects that allowed me to become a better web developer, but today I spend very little time working on them.
