* sales data from JungleScout Sales AlayticsOh boy did it feel good to have inventory back in stock at the FBA warehouses to get those sales rolling again!
The stock was replenished towards the end of the month, and many of the sales required PPC spend to get visibility to the new listings, but I took my time and made sure the listings were quality from the beginning, so the conversion rate was high from the start.
PPC spend and air express shipping lessened the profit margins to a mere 14.1%, but with each sale the organic rank was positively impacted, and it was beneficial for the long-term outlook of each listing's organic rank.

* sales data from PrettyMerch ProBOOYAH! I got in front of my first trend, and made a killer royalty for the month of June.
When I say I "got in front of a trend," what I mean is that I saw a trending t-shirt in the news and had one of the first listings up on Amazon, & for the duration of the news cycle, the shirt was selling like mad!
I use news apps on my phone that send push notifications (that I get mirrored to my computer via Pushbullet Pro which make them manageable) and every now and then it will be about a featured shirt, hat, etc.
When you see those windows of opportunity... JUMP ON THEM! This was my first time, and I was rewarded handsomely.
I also took something else away from this experience: If a certain design is trending, CREATE MULTIPLE LISTINGS WITH THAT DESIGN!
Do the math: if there are 5 listings with a similar trending design and 1 of them are yours, you have a 20% share of the "Amazon real estate".
If you were to upload the design 10 more times, there would be 15 listings, and you would own 73% of the Merch listings on those keywords!

After doing some research and watching webinars about how the owners of GearBubble.com were able to do tens of thousands of dollars in profits with a Mother's Day mug design, I signed up.
Full disclosure: Rather than spend money monthly for the GearBubble.com Amazon & eBay integrations, I paid $2,000 to join a promotional special that included lifetime integrations (& other perks).
In total, I got 1 mug sale on Amazon & 3 t-shirt sales on eBay (of the same trending design that was killing it on Merch).

* data from Google AdsI run a few popular websites where I collect advertising revenue via Google Ads (formerly Google AdSense). I also collect revenue via direct partnerships with advertisers & from affiliate links, but for times sake, I'm going to omit those deals.
I won't be doing month-to-month write ups here because I don't spend much time maintaining these websites. They started out as passion projects that allowed me to become a better web developer, but today I spend very little time working on them.
