April 2020 was a crazy month due to the global virus, and staying agile was of key importance as Amazon Merch closed down resulting in a spike in sales elsewhere.
April was a huge month for me as my "big" new product from 2019 (big both in size & in cost) was set to takeoff in the Spring/Summer seasons.
Not only did my sales see a boost... but after slowly building up sales in 2019 & increasing organic rank, I was able to crack the #3 organic ranking on Amazon!

The result was the massive spike you see in sales on April 2019 in the chart above.
And here's my Campaign Manager statistics from Seller Central:
The two leading SKUs were variations of that same new product, that combined for $60,000 in revenue.
Spend: $363.69 $129.29 MoM
Sales: $1,382.15 $772.37 MoM
ACos: 26.31% 3.43% MoM
I temporarily turned off some of my advertising campaigns as part of Amazon's COVID efforts include restricting how much inventory seller can send in (dramatically).
The result will be inventory stocking issues within the next month.
For instance, I sold just under 350 of a single SKU on 4/19, but Amazon will only let me send in 632 units...
Which would last me 2 days if sales resume where they left off before I ran out of stock.
/shrug... Your guess is as good as mine.

As predicted, I saw a huge spike in Dropshipped Print on Demand sales in April.
Much of this had to do with Amazon Merch being closed, which redispersed the demand that would've likely otherwise gone to the Prime-eligible Merch products.
This is why I always preach to stay agile & diversify where you offer products!.
It should be a no-brainer, but I think many people are guilty of thinking that it's enough to only list on 1 or 2 platforms...
(It's not!)

When things work in America (.com), they often can be sold in overseas markets, but face less competition.
Here's a breakdown of my profit from my top 4 platforms:
Amazon (.com): $2,031.59
Amazon (.co.uk): $1,289.47

Redbubble and Teepublic make it very easy to list new print on demand products.
I use the Merch Titans Automation software to automate the upload process. There's really no excuse not to use it!
I provide a free tutorial on how to use it in the bonus section of my Dropshipped POD course (link below)

Amazon KDP sales slowed down again, many people's budgets tighten around the world.
If the world returns to some semblance of normalcy, I'm planning on seeing some massive numbers in Q4.
Until then, I'll continue to upload an expand my offerings of a variety of low content books!

Predictably, the US lead the way followed by the UK.
After that, it's anyones guess which markets will bring in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc most sales.
If you'd like me to show you how I went from $0 to exceed $3,000+ profit selling low-content books on Amazon, you're in luck.

I run a few popular websites where I collect advertising revenue via Google Ads (formerly Google AdSense). I also collect revenue via direct partnerships with advertisers & from affiliate links, but for times sake, I'm going to omit those deals.
I won't be doing month-to-month write ups here because I don't spend much time maintaining these websites. They started out as passion projects that allowed me to become a better web developer, but today I spend very little time working on them.
Here's a glimpse into my Google Analytics for my website:
My name is Ryan & at age 30 I quit my day job. I worked full time as a Sr. Front End Web Developer for 8 years, & still work part time as an adjunct professor teaching web development at a local university.
Both of my day jobs were awesome!
But that can't shake the fact that I'm completely addicted to the idea of building passive income streams that would allow me to retire from ever working a 9 to 5 job again.
I'm going to use this website as a platform to share every detail about my deep dive into how to make money online, which so far, have included making $53K passive income profit in 2017, followed by over $130K profit in both 2018 + 2019 & then $175K in 2020. Since then, my annual income has continued to grow year over year.
I've invested hundredsthousands of hours into this journey and learned a ton.
While I share the vast majority of information for free, I do reserve certain tools, tips, and tricks exclusively for students that enroll into the online courses that I offer.
