How To Contact Seller Support

By on

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service that, according to Amazon, allows sellers to make more money, grow your business, save time, and delight your customers.

Amazon Seller Support is an invaluable resource to new sellers.

They're able to assist via phone, email, & live chat (they got rid of live chat) with most low-level, general issues.

If you're lucky, you'll never actually need to contact them for help... but Amazon's Seller Central is far from perfect & I've had to contact them about issues related to my product listings on multiple occasions.

They also have a vast knowledge base for the following categories that's easy to query:

  • Account settings
  • Manage orders
  • Returns, refunds, cancellations, and claims
  • Getting started with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
  • Increase sales
  • Amazon Handmade
  • Amazon Business Overview
  • Delivery with Services
  • Merch Collab
  • Manage Inventory
  • Payments
  • Monitor feedback and performance
  • Advertise with Amazon
  • Amazon Global Selling
  • Custom Products
  • XML & data exchange
  • Selling Services on Amazon
  • Amazon Launchpad

* Accessing the help base requires an active Seller Central account.
